Bishop Richard's Farewell to St Paul's
Revd Susan Bolen, the clergy, staff team and congregation at St Paul's were honoured that the Rt Revd Dr Richard Cheetham should lead our service of Holy Communion on Sunday 16th October, his final act of worship as Bishop of Kingston on the eve of his retirement.

The occasion was especially significant as, in the presence of his wife Felicity and family, Bishop Richard also baptised two of his grandchildren, Hebe and Jonah. At the end of the service there were presentations and thanks from Revd Susan and Margaret Brown, former Churchwarden, after which we enjoyed a commemorative celebration (with some truly splendid cake!) in St Paul's Community Centre.
Richard and Felicity have been neighbours, parishioners and friends for many years and we will miss them greatly. We thank Richard for the tremendous support he has given to St Paul's, not least during our year of interregnum, and we wish them both a long, happy and fulfilling retirement.
